We do take our work very seriously but every now and then we like to have a little fun too. This page contains some of the fun stuff we get emailed that gave us a laugh. We will try and update things as we get them. You also may find photos of us enjoying our personal life and hobbies etc.

About Jason and Dee Ann:
We live on a small hobby farm in Taylors Falls, MN. Have two children, a boy age 14 named Devon and a daughter age 17 named Rebecca. We were high school sweet hearts and both graduated with 23 other kids from Taylors Falls High School. We got married when Jason finished art school and bought our first house on main street in Taylors Falls. After out growing that house with the two kids, we moved North of town. We have been married for 19 years now.
With the hobby farm, comes a few horses, various other critters, two dogs and a handful of cats. (Jason tries his best to complain about and stay away from the horses......but he does enjoy riding and showing them once in a while. Although he will never admit it.)
Both of our children live and breath baseball and softball. With any spare time we find, if we are not running kids to sports, horse shows or church youth group events we enjoy singing karaoke, bowling, camping, hunting, fishing, boating, golf and working outside on our farm. We try and donate our spare time to the communities that support us and our business. We get involved where ever we can. Who is that man in the Santa Suit at the Taylors Falls Lighting Festival?????
Dee Ann works part time at our company helping with bookwork. Much of her other time is spent running our household, keeping things sane, and being a support group to Jason. All of this keeps her very busy! With out her support and efforts on the home front, things would not function as smooth as they do.
After a day of running Midland Press, Jason is a volunteer fireman and first responder for Almelund. It is small town between Taylors Falls and North Branch.
Jason has worked in the printing industry for almost 18 years. He has a degree in commercial art and that helped lead them to owing Midland Press. They purchased the company in January of 2005 from his boss. His boss had decided to retire and offered the company to them.
"We are excited and scared to death at the same time. Some one once asked me if I live to print. My answer to that was NO. I print to live!" "We hope this bio, gives you some in sight into how we live our personal lives. We feel that the personal side carries over into what type of company we have."
